Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We operate based on a clear and stated value foundation, and our main drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

I am now looking for two new people to join my team of assistants.

One position is full-time with a fixed rolling three-week schedule with varying shifts during the day, evening, and every third weekend.

The other position is a part-time / substitute role.

As my personal assistant, you will assist me in my daily life. This includes tasks such as hygiene, cleaning, cooking, as well as activities like planting flowers, visiting museums, or similar.

I am a woman over 50 who has had assistance for many years and knows how I want things to be.

Your job is to assist me; I make decisions and plan my life myself. So if you see this as care and nursing, I am not the right person for you to work with.

I expect you to meet the following requirements;

• -You are over 20 years old and female.
• -You have good physical health, no back problems or similar, as manual transfers are required in the job.
• -You live in Stockholm, preferably within the subway network.
• -You speak and understand Swedish very well.
• -No allergies.

In addition, you are a person who can work independently, take your own initiatives, and follow verbal instructions. You can quickly switch from a passive to an active role and work effectively when needed.

I place great importance on personality and integrity. You will receive all necessary introduction from me on-site, so no prior experience in the profession is required. Please write a personal application based on what I have shared here and tell a little about yourself.
